News and Announcements

Our Heroes
Our church wouldn't run without the hard work and continued love and sacrifice of our many volunteers - and especially in the run up to Christmas we know how much extra effort it takes to make everything run smoothly... so a big THANK YOU to all our volunteers - You're all heroes!

Special Christmas Offering
This year we really want to bless our missionaries abroad in this Christmas Season and we will be taking up a special offering on Sunday 23rd November so please be ready to give generously!

Baptism
If you'd like to be baptised, please sign up at the back of church. This is your last opportunity to sign up! You must also be available to attend our Baptism Class, on Thursday 27th November. The Baptism service will take place on Sunday 30th November at 6pm at Windsor Church.

Welcome Dave & Lynn Webb!
This week we have the pleasure of welcoming home our missionaries Dave and Lynn Webb, all the way from Thesselonica, Greece. Dave will be teaching in the Training Centre this Monday, daytime and evening, and classes are open to all the church for free! Please ring the office on 0161 736 9422 for more information.

Carols in the Lowry
Last year we had an amazing time singing carols in the Lowry, and this year they want us back! If you want to be part of this amazing and fun outreach, then please sign up for one or all of the dates - 13th, 20th & 21st of December.

The Bethesda Project
Interested in seeing people get healed and want to help? Then come and join us as we launch 'The Bethesda Project' this coming new year. Everyone is welcome to attend our next planning meeting - 10am on 6th December at Glenn House.

Far Above Rubies
WHBC would like to invite all women from the church to a special brunch. So keep Saturday 15th November free and turn up at Cafe Logos, 9.30am - 12pm. Buy tickets today at £2.50 from the back of church, or contact the main office in the week on 0161 736 9422.

Work Party
Go Kids Studio needs you! This is a great opportunity to help out and make a significant difference in the Church, and in the lives of all our Kids. If you'd like to be involved by cleaning, painting, or any number of activities then just turn up to our 'Work Party', Sat 15th November. We need as much help as we can get. Come in old clothes and bring a packed lunch.

Carols in the Lowry

News and Announcements

'Watch!'
Prayer evenings from 8pm to midnight. Come for the whole time or just a part of it. The evening will be split into hourly sessions, praying for the city, region, nation, nations and the 'Let's Go' vision. The first 'watch' will be on Friday 7th November.

Fresh Tools
On the Sunday 9th November there is a Fresh Tools Meeting for all existing leadership in the Church. It's a chance to sharpen up your skills and enjoy some fellowship and sharing of ideas.

Work Party

Are you ready for our monthly no-limits time with God? With every meeting being different 'No Limits Inspire' is exactly what it says on the tin, an opportunity to spend time with God in whatever way the Spirit flows. Get excited!
